Refund, Return & Replacement Policy

Refunds & Returns

At Uveda Naturals, all purchases are considered final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and processed.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • All Uveda Naturals products

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Health and personal care products

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, as we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for products that have been delivered.

Replacement Policy

At Uveda Naturals, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Therefore, product replacement may be considered only under the following condition:

  • Replacement requests will be accepted only in the unfortunate event that the patient for whom the product was purchased has passed away before the parcel is received.

  • The replacement request must be submitted within 17 days from the date of delivery of the parcel.

  • Valid supporting documents, such as a death certificate or other relevant proof, may be required for verification.

  • Upon successful verification and approval, a replacement order of equivalent value may be issued.

  • Uveda Naturals reserves the right to verify all submitted documents and make the final decision regarding replacement eligibility.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at uvedanaturals@gmail.com.

Your request must include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

  • Details of the issue

After review, Uveda Naturals may, at its sole discretion, provide an appropriate resolution.

Shipping Costs

As returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted, all shipping charges are non-refundable.
